The company’s primary geographic focus is Southern and Central Florida, Atlanta and Savana.

A vital component of our platform and success is through our asset management skillset and entrepreneurial approach. Cypress asset managers participate in the acquisition process in order to assist the acquisitions team to appropriately underwrite revenues, expenses, operations and capital upgrades. Once properties are owned, the asset management team executes the business plan developed for each aquired property. We identify the best third-party property managers and leasing agents within each market and the Cypress asset managers execute the day-to-day operations with the oversight and involvement of all properties.
